Four Point Therapy
ABOUT US

Thoughtful Therapy.Built Around People.

Four Point Therapy was founded in 2021 on the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based Allied Health—delivered with warmth, respect and genuine care in the environments that suits them best.
Our story

Real-world therapy, delivered where life happens.

For many years, the majority of Allied Health services were delivered exclusively in clinics or studios. For many people living with disability, this model made it difficult to access quality healthcare consistently and in a way that genuinely supported daily life.

Four Point Therapy was founded in 2021 on the belief that everyone - regardless of disability, personal circumstances, or individual needs should have access to high-value, evidence-based healthcare that supports their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Our team of Therapists all bring experience working within the NDIS and deliver care in line with our values-based approach. This is reflected in their warm, respectful interactions and their commitment to providing ethical, consistent support in their clinical practice.

As part of our services, Four Point Therapy offers mobile Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, and Psychology services to NDIS Participants across Greater Melbourne and parts of regional and coastal Victoria. In addition, we also offer in-clinic and Telehealth services across all disciplines. This flexible service model allows us to service Participants how they prefer, supporting therapy that fits naturally within their everyday routines and environments.

We are proud and passionate about the work we do and the connections we have formed with our community of Participants to date.

Our holistic approach

Supporting the different aspects of health that shape everyday life.

We recognise that health and wellbeing are interconnected. When we deliver our therapies our Therapists consider the physical, mental, emotional and social factors that may influence each persons goals, independence, participation and quality of life. This reflects our commitment to holistic, evidence-based healthcare.

Tori Thomas

Tori Thomas

Director & Senior Occupational Therapist

Tori is an Occupational Therapist and a Director at Four Point Therapy. She is passionate about client centred practice and creating a space where both clients and therapists feel supported, understood, and looked after. With several years of OT experience across a wide range of clients and settings, her approach is holistic, functional, and strengths based. As both Director and practising OT, Tori blends clinical work with the behind-the-scenes pieces that make a practice run well — refining processes, improving workflows, and helping build a culture where people feel valued and able to thrive. What she loves most are the small, meaningful changes: moments where something clicks for a client or a therapist feels more supported in their role.

Luke Vesnaver

Luke Vesnaver

Director & Senior Exercise Physiologist

Luke is one of FPT's Directors and a Practising Senior Exercise Physiologist. Early in his career, he worked with Participants in a community setting, where he developed a strong passion for disability focused healthcare. This led him to transition into an NDIS-specific caseload as a sole trader, before becoming one of the founders of FPT in 2021. Today, Luke balances hands-on clinical work with leadership within the organisation, remaining closely connected to both Participants and the broader direction of FPT. He is deeply committed to ensuring people living with disabilities have access to high-value, evidence-based healthcare, and to fostering a positive, supportive culture for the therapists and staff who deliver it.

Why Our Community Choose Us:
