What to expect during my first therapy session?

During your first session, your allocated Therapist will spend time with you gathering appropriate information in order to build an intervention tailored to you. This information will usually consist of background information, your current capacity, identity and goals. Once this has been received the therapist will then chat with you about the best approach moving forward. Our Therapists usually allocate 1 hour for the initial session, so make sure you allocate this amount of time.
