The delivery of our Exercise Physiology sessions are designed around the unique needs of the participant, with interventions focusing on the physical, mental and social health of participants.​

Our Exercise Physiologist's have the skills and equipment to deliver sessions in a diverse range of settings including - in the home, SDA/SIL housing, outdoors at parks or gardens, at local gym/leisure centres, schools and community facilities.​

Exercise Physiology can be funded through the NDIS Capacity Building support budget - Improved Health and Wellbeing and/or Improved Daily Living
