Referral Process

Referrals can be made through our website or via our referral form document. Once we have received the referral our admin team will be in touch to ensure that we have received all relevant information to assign you to the most appropriate Therapist. A service agreement will then be sent to you, once we have received this back the allocated Therapist will be in touch to arrange the first meeting with you to discuss your goals and how they can assist you to achieve them.

As part of our delivery of high-value Allied Health services, Four Point Therapy offers both face to face and Telehealth Psychology services.

Our Psychologist’s are passionate about making a difference in their Participants lives and approach their sessions with compassion, acceptance and integrity.

Our Psychologist’s have an extensive background in delivering mental health services to people with disabilities, and have the ability to assess and implement ongoing management strategies such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy via both face to face or Telehealth sessions.

FPT’s Psychologists can assist with:

Mild to moderate mental health presentations

Child/Adolescent Assessment and Intervention (anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, behavioural difficulties, school refusal)

Adult Assessment and Intervention (Anxiety, Depression, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder)
