What does Exercise Physiology mean in the NDIS?

Exercise Physiology is a valuable part of the NDIS for Participants looking to improve both their physical and psychosocial health!

EP’s and their Participants work in a collaborative team to develop tailored exercise routines and lifestyle interventions which aim to improve independence, support their NDIS and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Our Exercise Physiologists have the skills and equipment to deliver sessions in a wide range of settings, depending on the Participants goals and preferences.

This includes in the home, SDA/SIL housing, outdoors at parks or gardens, at local/gym leisure centres, school, and other community facilities.

Four Point Therapy currently has capacity to accept EP referrals across broader Melbourne. To find out more check out our website at www.fourpointtherapy.com.au
