- Mobility Training: Helping participants improve their movement and coordination through cognitive training, exercises and assistive devices.
- Self-Care Training: Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and feeding to enhance independence.
- Adaptive Equipment Training: Teaching participants how to use devices like walkers, wheelchairs, and adaptive utensils effectively.
- Community Integration: Assisting participants in engaging with their communities through social skills training and community access programs.
- Cognitive training/re-training: Assisting participants to practise everyday tasks to develop proficiency. This can involve going through tasks and routines in a step-by-step process to accommodate for cognitive and physical considerations
